Amazing Lock Screen for Windows 10 - Full description
Amazing Lock Screen is a Windows app for choosing Bing images as lock screen backgrounds. It is suited to people who want fresh photographic artwork on their device without searching for and setting each image themselves. The app presents recent Bing pictures, lets users select an image manually, and can update the lock screen automatically with the image of the day.
The image browser gives access to the eight latest pictures for manual selection. This is useful when a particular image is preferable to the current daily choice: users can browse the recent options and set the one they want. For a hands-off setup, the automatic update feature applies the current day's image, so the background changes without requiring a new manual selection each day.
Images can also be copied to the computer for use beyond the lock screen, including as desktop wallpaper. A share charm provides a way to send a chosen picture to an email program. The live tile displays recent images, with up to five pictures shown, offering a quick way to see what is available and keeping the app's tile current as new images arrive.
Amazing Lock Screen works as a small utility for personalizing a Windows device with Bing photography. It supports both occasional manual changes and ongoing daily refreshes, while saving and sharing options make the pictures usable elsewhere. The app is freeware and was designed for Windows 8, including 64-bit and ARM editions; the supplied compatibility information does not establish support for later Windows releases.
