DonorQuest is a fundraising and constituent management program for nonprofit organizations that need to organize donor, prospect, board member, foundation and volunteer records. It brings contact information and fundraising activity into a shared database, helping staff keep track of relationships and coordinate work across an organization. Linkages between records show connections among donors and other constituents, providing context when planning outreach or reviewing an account.
The system tracks donations, pledges, campaigns, funds, solicitations and contacts. Staff can review giving and pledge totals by campaign or fund, while built-in graphs display donation totals by year, month or week. These views help fundraisers assess activity over time and compare results across fundraising efforts. Records also support interaction histories and follow-up reminders, so conversations and next steps can be kept with the relevant constituent rather than in separate notes.
DonorQuest includes contact and grant management tools for recording interactions and scheduling follow-up. A reminder can be assigned to another system user, which supports handoffs between colleagues.
