vCard Wizard is a contact transfer and conversion utility for people who need to move address books between email services, mobile devices, Microsoft Outlook and spreadsheet files. It works with Gmail, Google Contacts, iCloud, iPhone and iPad contacts, Android, Office 365, Outlook, CSV files and vCard files, helping users consolidate or reuse contact data without handling each record individually.
The program can import and export contacts in batches. Users can choose individual contacts or entire folders, then save them as vCard (.vcf) or CSV files, including when transferring contacts between Outlook and other services. Filtering options narrow an export by search term, source or source group, which is useful when only part of a large address book is needed. Contacts can also be shared by sending an exported file as an email attachment.
When importing data, vCard Wizard provides duplicate-resolution options to help prevent repeated entries. It can combine contacts from multiple supported sources and transfer them between platforms, such as moving an address book from an iPhone to Android or the other way around. The software can operate without Outlook installed, although Outlook integration is available for users who have a supported Outlook edition.
