I'm really pleased with this app for monitoring my network activity. It is particularly good for those who have a limited data plan with their provider.

NetWorx Portable for Windows 10 - Full description
NetWorx Portable is a network monitoring utility for people who want to measure connection speed, keep track of data use and investigate unusual network activity. It can monitor all network connections or focus on a selected adapter, such as Wi-Fi or mobile broadband. Its portable edition is suited to users who prefer to run the utility without a conventional installation. The program presents traffic as a live graph or numeric readings, making upload and download activity easier to observe as it happens.
Usage records are saved for later review, with daily, weekly and monthly statistics that help show how consumption changes over time. These records can help users compare actual traffic against an internet provider's usage limits or investigate whether a connection is being used more heavily than expected. Reports can be exported in formats including HTML, Word and Excel for archiving or further analysis. NetWorx also records dial-up connection duration, useful where connection time is tracked alongside data volume.
Alerts can be configured for conditions such as a lost connection or unusually high traffic. Depending on the chosen settings, the utility can notify the user, disconnect dial-up connections or shut down the computer. A connection monitor checks whether a network link remains available, while the speed meter tests connection performance. Network information tools include ping and traceroute tests, and an advanced netstat view identifies applications using the internet connection. These tools help narrow down whether a problem relates to connectivity, performance or activity from a particular program.
NetWorx can be useful for home users watching bandwidth limits, administrators checking network usage, or anyone troubleshooting slow or intermittent access. Monitoring a specific connection can separate the activity of one adapter from other network traffic, while longer-term reports provide context beyond a single speed test. The application supports common connection types including cable, ADSL and Wi-Fi, and can track incoming and outgoing traffic.
NetWorx Portable is trialware from SoftPerfect Research for Windows. It supports Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as a range of earlier Windows releases and Windows Server editions. Its monitoring and reporting functions are intended for measuring usage and diagnosing activity; the program does not itself provide internet service or determine an ISP's billing policy.

Networx is very helpful if u need to monitor and analyze ur network connection and data usage, including speed test for getting data transfer rates. I particularly like that it has a portable version as i prefer to minimize the installations of various apps.
